By accessing or using the Zainco Cargo mobile application (“App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
Zainco Cargo provides a platform that connects users with drivers for transportation and cargo delivery services. We do not directly provide transportation services; drivers are independent service providers.
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to misuse the app or services
- Not to provide false information
- Not to engage in unlawful activities
- To behave respectfully with drivers
5. Booking & Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable charges
- Prices may vary due to demand, traffic, or other factors
- Payments can be made via supported payment methods
- Cancellation charges may apply
6. Driver Responsibility
Drivers are independent contractors. Zainco Cargo is not responsible for:
- Driver behavior
- Delays or service quality issues
- Loss or damage of goods (unless explicitly stated)
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Users may cancel bookings subject to cancellation policies
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
- Excessive cancellations may lead to account suspension
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the app for illegal transport
- Harass drivers or staff
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
9. Limitation of Liability
Zainco Cargo is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of goods or delays
- Technical failures beyond our control
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Abuse or misconduct occurs
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology in the app are owned by Zainco Cargo and protected under applicable laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
